Production Management
The production are is strictly controlled in accordance with General Acceptance of Packaging Materials,and we have built class 100,000 workshop.The workshop is divided by different products and specifications.Only one single product or specification in one workshop to avoid the confusion.We introduced fully automatic production equipment,cancelled hand work and accomplished the automatic production of products,thereby reducing the pollution of products and ensure the quality of products.Our products are in accordance with national standard,or industry standard if there is no nation standard.We can also make product of special specification as per customer’s requirement.All our staffs will carry out a health examination at least once a year,and only examination qualified person can work.We have also made a series of training plan to strengthen the staffs’awareness of quality.We have organized the relevant person for studying at end of each quarter,and only after passing the examination can go to the operation.
